"Volcanoes of Kamchatka – the World Heritage Property" booklet published

Published booklet continues Natural Heritage Protection Fund's publishing project concerning existing and potential Russia's World Natural Heritage Properties including the properties already inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List / UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List and promising candidates for the inscription as World Heritage Properties.

Booklet presents: unique documents of "Volcanoes of Kamchatka" nomination dossier (dossier N 765 is kept on deposit in the World Heritage Centre); certificate and decisions of the World Heritage Committee on "Volcanoes of Kamchatka" inscription on the World Heritage List and on its extension; Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation papers concerning the content of this serial property and the areas of its component parts; highlights from the Operational Guidelines for the Implementation of the Convention concerning benefits and guaranties imposed by the World Heritage status.

"Virgin Komi Forests" and "Golden Mountains of Altai" properties booklets were out of print previously, and also perspective property "Volga Delta" booklet. A total of 16-20 booklets supposed to be published in the series.
